You know how good it feels when someone brings you a cup of coffee in bed? What if someone brought coffee to your next event?
Hal's Coffee is set up and ready to roll out to your next event with our coffee trailer. To make it even easy to enjoy our coffee, we offer different packages for you to choose from. Pick one that suits your needs, or contact us if you have something special in mind!
Travel Information
Mileage Charges:
- Events located within 30 miles (one way) of Hal's Coffee (408 East Drake Road, Fort Collins, Colorado) will not incur additional mileage fees.
- For events located beyond 30 miles (one way), a mileage fee of $0.54 per mile (round trip) will be applied. This rate aligns with the standard IRS mileage reimbursement rate.
Calculation of Mileage:
- Mileage will be calculated using the most direct route from Hal's Coffee to the event location and back.
- Any detours or additional stops requested by the client will also be factored into the mileage fee.
Booking Confirmation:
- The total mileage fee will be calculated and included in the event invoice at the time of booking.
- Full payment, including the mileage fee, is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations:
- Mileage fees are refundable if the event is canceled four or more weeks in advance.
- For cancellations made within four weeks of the event, mileage fees are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances:
- If adverse weather conditions or road closures significantly increase travel time or mileage, clients will be notified of additional fees in advance, if applicable.
